We want people to feel good at work. So, we help people to find their purpose— starting where they are, using what they have, and doing what they can.
We train people to be sociologisticians. Sociologisticians can help an organization engage in self-directed, value aligned, continuous improvement cycles that enhance organizational development and effectiveness. They help answer the question: Are the things we're doing today moving us closer to where we want to be tomorrow?
We build capacity for change and sustainability by focusing on your most valuable asset — the people you employ. It's the small things they do that make big changes possible. So, we engage people in the study and practice of sociologistics so that they become fully activated contributors to the success of an organization.
We want people to feel good at work. It's that simple. An inclusive organizational culture — one that welcomes and affirms us, gives us a sense of purpose, makes us feel valued, and promotes positive and trusting relationships — is the foundation of a feel-good workplace. It promotes self-efficacy and helps keep people engaged.
We design and lead professional learning that builds awareness, strengthens interpersonal relationships, and establishes practices, systems, and structures that build and sustain anti-oppressive organizational environments.
We design and lead team building programs to enhance the potential for effective collaboration across the organization.
Through structured inquiry cycles aimed at achieving specific outcomes, we will explore strengths and areas for growth for individuals or small groups of individuals who share a common goal/purpose.
Learn how to lead improvement efforts through the investigation of human factors, such as employee happiness, organizational culture, relationship dynamics, training and development gaps. Our certification program is 60 hours of immersive learning that includes 20 hours of practicum.
In a series of coaching sessions, we will guide the organization's leaders through a process through which they will "map out a path" for expanded success in the organization's future.
We are available on an hourly basis to provide consultation on a variety of organizational needs.
